Quick Art Photography Academy ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our website or enroll in our courses.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Contact details: Name, mobile number, email address, and city when you submit an enquiry, register, or enroll in a course.
Payment information: When you make a payment through Razorpay, we receive a transaction reference and payment status. We do not store your card numbers, UPI ID, or bank credentials — these are processed securely by Razorpay.
Login credentials: Mobile number used for OTP-based login to the Student Portal.
Course progress: Lessons watched, quiz answers, and completion status within the Student Portal.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address
Pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs
Cookies and session data (see Section 6)
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager data (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Information

To process your course enrollment and provide access to purchased content
To send you OTP for secure login to the Student Portal
To send important course updates, completion certificates, and support messages via WhatsApp or email
To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
To improve website functionality and user experience
To comply with legal obligations
To send promotional messages about new courses or offers (you may opt out at any time)

3. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

We use Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as our payment gateway. When you make a payment:

You are redirected to Razorpay's secure checkout interface
Your payment details (card number, UPI ID, bank account) are entered directly on Razorpay's platform and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers
We receive only the payment status (success/failure) and a Razorpay Order ID for record-keeping
Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by RBI

Security Note: We use HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic verification for every payment. Your payment data is fully encrypted. We never log or store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank passwords.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

Razorpay: For payment processing (as described above)
Google Analytics: Anonymized usage data for website analytics
WhatsApp / Fast2SMS: To send OTP verification codes
Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or government authority

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our secured Hostinger VPS server located in India
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized academy staff only
We use HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transmission
Student session tokens expire automatically after 30 days
We do not store OTPs longer than 10 minutes

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session while using the Student Portal. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand website traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect portal functionality.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by contacting us

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
