Quick Art Photography Academy ("Academy", "we", "us") is an educational institution registered in India, offering professional training in wedding filmmaking, video editing, photo retouching, album design, and related creative skills.

2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are:
- 18 years of age or older, OR minors with parental/guardian consent
- Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian law
- Providing accurate registration and contact information
3. Course Enrollment & Access
3.1 Online Courses (Student Portal / LMS)
- Upon successful payment, course access is granted immediately and automatically through the Student Portal
- Access is provided to the individual student who purchased the course and is non-transferable
- Course content (videos, notes, resources) is for personal educational use only
- Lifetime access is provided to the purchased course content as long as the Academy platform remains operational
3.2 Offline / Campus Courses
- Campus courses require physical attendance at our Siwan, Bihar location
- Batch schedules are communicated separately after enrollment confirmation
- Academy provides the learning environment, tools, and instruction; students must arrange their own accommodation unless specified
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a RBI-regulated payment gateway
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- The Academy reserves the right to change course prices at any time; price changes do not affect already-purchased courses
- Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and expiry dates
- Payment confirmation is sent via the Student Portal and/or email/WhatsApp
5. Intellectual Property
- All course content — videos, notes, presentations, images, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Quick Art Photography Academy and its instructors
- Students may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or share course content without written permission
- Courses are delivered via secure, anti-piracy video streaming (Bunny.net CDN) with watermarking
- Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination without refund
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Use the platform and content respectfully and in good faith
- Not share their login credentials with others
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other students
- Not use course content for commercial purposes without written authorization
7. Certificates
- Course completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of all lessons and assessments
- Certificates are digital and verifiable on our website
- The Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraudulent activity is detected
8. Disclaimers
- The Academy does not guarantee employment, income, or specific career outcomes from completing our courses
- Course content is provided for educational purposes. Results may vary based on individual effort, skill, and market conditions
- We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Art Photography Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siwan, Bihar, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
