Quick Art Photography Academy offers primarily digital educational products (online courses) and offline campus training. The delivery methods differ for each:

For campus courses, physical study materials may be provided on the first day of class. No separate shipping applies — all materials are distributed in-person.

Completion Certificates

Digital certificates are issued upon course completion. They are available for download directly from the Student Portal and verifiable on our website. Physical certificate copies can be requested separately.

2. Digital Course Delivery Details

2.1 Access Timeline

Immediate: Course access is granted within seconds of successful payment confirmation from Razorpay
Portal Login: Access your courses at quickartphotography.in/portal/
Login Method: Enter your registered mobile number → receive OTP → access dashboard

2.2 System Requirements

Internet connection (minimum 1 Mbps for smooth video playback, 5+ Mbps recommended)
Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest 2 versions)
Mobile (Android 8+, iOS 13+) or Desktop/Laptop
Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled

2.3 Content Availability

Course videos are streamed securely via Bunny.net CDN — no downloads allowed (anti-piracy)
Course materials (notes, PDFs, resources) may be downloadable where provided
Content is available 24/7 with occasional maintenance windows (communicated in advance)
Lifetime access to purchased course content

3. Delivery Issues / Access Problems

If you experience any issues accessing your course after payment:

Check your internet connection
Try logging out and back in at the Student Portal
Clear browser cache and cookies
If the issue persists, contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID and registered mobile number

We resolve all access issues within 24 hours of receiving your report.

4. No Physical Shipping Policy

Quick Art Photography Academy does not ship any physical goods for online course purchases. There are no shipping charges, no tracking numbers, and no physical delivery for digital courses. The "shipping" in payment gateway terminology refers to our digital delivery policy.

5. Geographic Availability

Online Courses: Available to students across India and internationally. Payments accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
Campus Courses: Physical attendance required at Siwan, Bihar, India. Students from outside Siwan are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
