We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we want to ensure clarity and fairness when it comes to refunds. Below is an overview of our refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: If you request a refund within 14 days of enrolling in an online course, we will process a full refund for your course purchase.
  • Course Access: Refunds are only available if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Once you’ve viewed more than 20% of the course materials (e.g., videos, exercises, or assignments), we will not be able to issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@quickartphotography within 14 days of purchase. Include your:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: If you request a refund within 14 days of enrolling in an online course, we will process a full refund for your course purchase.
  • Course Access: Refunds are only available if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Once you’ve viewed more than 20% of the course materials (e.g., videos, exercises, or assignments), we will not be able to issue a refund.

  • Reason for requesting a refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is confirmed and approved:

  • You will receive a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Special Cases

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please reach out to our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if unresolved, we may consider providing a refund based on your specific situation.
  • Course Discontinuation: In the unlikely event that a course is discontinued or unavailable, we will offer a full refund to affected students.

No Refunds After 14 Days

We do not offer refunds after 14 days from the purchase date. Once this period has passed, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

Refunds for Bundled Courses

If you have purchased a bundled course package (multiple courses sold as a bundle) and wish to request a refund, the refund will only apply to the individual courses that meet the eligibility criteria. The refund will be calculated based on the price of the specific course, not the entire bundle.

Refunds for Payment Plans

If you have chosen a payment plan option, refunds will be provided for the individual payments made, up to the point of the refund request. Any future payments will be canceled, and you will not be charged further.
